Doing the household washing has never been a glamorous chore until we showed up. We started Stainless Clotheslines because we wanted to create beautifully crafted, high–quality products that customers actually enjoyed using. We were interested in designing longer lasting clotheslines that were more durable and suited to New Zealand’s constant changing weather systems.
Rewind back to 2011, the first Stainless Clotheslines products were originally sold via the popular New Zealand auction site, TradeMe. Shortly after, sales increased dramatically.
After a huge amount of sales via TradeMe in a short matter of weeks, we knew we had a great product that people loved using. Word spread quickly about amongst customers online, so we decided to create our own website. Fast–forward to 2020/21, we had a bit more spare time on our hands so we decided to update our brand and website to offer a more holistic customer–centric approach, with more product information and an easy to use online store.
